All shipping and delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout.
VAT in already included the price and therefore will not be charged additionally.

| My order has not arrived yet?
While most parcels arrive in time, some may experience delivery delays for many reasons such as customs security checks or courier delays. If it does not arrive within 21 days upon ordering, please contact us directly on our "Contact Us" page.
| What about possible custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have dispatched. For all international orders you may be subject to local customs/tax duties, which must be paid by the customer.
| Will my item get to me before a specific date?
If you plan to purchase our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we recommend you place the order with ample time, taking into consideration our delivery time frames and any weekend/bank holidays. Otherwise there is a risk the items will not arrive on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
