Returns & Refunds

We hope that you'll love everything you order from SHYLAH THE LABEL. We take pride in ensuring that every order is packaged with care & attention to detail and is carefully checked before dispatching. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return policy explains everything you need to know.

Please make sure you contact us before sending your order back. We aren't able to accept returns unless they have been authorised by our Customer Service Team.

| What is your return policy?
We're sorry to hear you’re not happy with your order.

You have 7 days from the day of delivery to submit a return and refund request. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund if it has been more than 7 days since the delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You are a UK customer. Europe & International returns are not accepted
  • Any clearance items are not eligible for a refund
  • If you purchased a set, you will need to return all pieces in the set


Products that do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered for a refund.

All products are inspected upon receiving the returned items.

 

| How do I return an item?

Please make sure you contact us before sending your order back. We aren't able to accept returns unless they have been authorised by our Customer Service Team.

To submit a return and refund request, please get in touch with us via our “Contact Us” page with the subject written as RETURNS. In the message box, please describe in as much detail as possible the reason for return. You can upload any pictures that may help with your return. After receiving your refund and return application, the customer service staff will be in touch to start processing your request within 5 working days. You can then send the items back to us.

All products are inspected upon receiving the items sent back to us. Please ensure they meet the eligible policy criteria before returning.


| How long does it take to process a refund?
We aim to process refunds as quickly as we can but sometimes there may be delays depending on how many orders we have to process.
Our customer service team aim to respond to your request within 5 working days.
Once we receive your package, if it meets the criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. We always credit refunds back to the original method of payment.

Please note:
Shipping & Delivery costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

 

| Can I exchange an item?
We're sorry but we currently do not offer exchanges.
